Welcome!
Thank you for enrolling in CHA's Mobility Counseling Program through Housing Choice Partners (HCP). Please follow the steps below to begin the process of renting with a voucher in a Mobility Area.

NOTE: If you have not yet enrolled, you must first fill out the Mobility Counseling Intake Form.
1. Please complete the following documents online. You are required to submit these forms in order to fully enroll in the Mobility Counseling Program. Questions can be directed to our main downtown office at: 312- 386-1009 or via email.
2. Please review the following "Participant Orientation" slide deck.
3. Know your rights. If you feel you have been discriminated against by a landlord or agent when trying to rent with your voucher, fill out the following Fair Housing Discrimination Complaint Form, and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
